[CARBONDATA-2323][WIP] Distributed search mode using gRPC

When user gives SQL statement that only includes projection and filter, we
can use RPC calls to do distributed scan on the carbon files directly instead
of using RDD to do the query. In this mode, RDD overhead like RDD construction
and DAG scheduling is avoided.
