@jackylk @QiangCai I raise a hotfix pr to fix import error after this pr
was merged. The 'CarbonStreamingQueryListener' is in the package 'import
org.apache.spark.sql.execution.streaming' on branch-1.3, not the package
'org.apache.carbondata.streaming'.---
