Description:
Currently in carbondata, while converting object to byte array, it use 8 byte
space for int and short datatype, which cause memory wasted.
Code can be found in `CarbonUtil.{{getValueAsBytes` and
`DataTypeUtil.getMeasureObjectFromDataType`}}
