[CARBONDATA-2865] Fix StackOverflowException during compaction in migrated
store
**Problem:**
When compaction is fired on migrated partition table, PartitionSpec object
is unnecessarily being serialized to executor which is causing
StackOverFlowException.
**Solution:**
Make PartitionSpec as transient to avoid serialization.
