[WIP] Print data folder information
WIP
A tool is added to print information of a given data folder, information
includes:
1. number of blocks, blocklets, pages, rows
2. schema
3. min/max stats of each blocklet

- [ ] Document update required?
- [ ] Testing done
Please provide details on
- Whether new unit test cases have been added or why no new tests

change.
- [ ] For large changes, please consider breaking it into sub-tasks under
