[CARBONDATA-3019] Add error log in catch block to avoid to abort the
exception which is thrown from catch block when there is an exception thrown in
finally block
1. Add error log in catch block to avoid to abort the exception which is
thrown from catch block when there is an exception thrown in finally block.
2. enhance log output.
