[HOTFIX] Handle Lazy loading with inverted index for
ColumnarVectorWrapperDirectWithInvertedIndex
when the lazy loading with an inverted index,
getBlockDataType() was not implemented for
ColumnarVectorWrapperDirectWithInvertedIndex.
So, Added implementation.
