Description:
Problem:
Written_By_APPNAME when added in carbonproperty is not serialized in executor
with global sort
Steps to Reproduce:
# Create table and set sort_scope='global_sort'
# Load data into table and find the exception
*Exception: There is an unexpected error: null*
NOTE: This issue is reproducible only if driver and executor are running in a
different JVM Process

Problem:
Written_By_APPNAME when added in carbonproperty is not serialized in executor
with global sort
Solution:
Add Written_by_APPNAME in hadoop conf and in executor get it from configuration
and add to carbonproperty
