URL: https://github.com/apache/carbondata/pull/3188#issuecomment-487063622 CarbonData will only use the `binary decoder` to parse/convert the values in the input records and it won't affect the final store, thus modification of query process is not needed, right? Another related function needed will be supporting `dataframe.write` with `binary decoder` option.
