### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
When there is a long-term file sorting operation in Woker, if many reducer
will read this sorted files, the fetch thread will be occupied by a large
number of openstream requests while it waiting sort operation finish, resulting
in the fetch chunk request being blocked. This PR mainly modifies the
openstream process to achieve asynchronous completion of openstream even file
sorting occurs.
