### What changes were proposed in this pull request? MapReduce client support Hadoop 2 with 2.10.2 version. ### Why are the changes needed? MapReduce client module supports Hadoop 2 and 3 at present, which should verify Hadoop 2 via CI and build Hadoop 2 MapReduce client in `make-distribution.sh` in order to provide MapReduce client jar in release packages. ### Does this PR introduce _any_ user-facing change?
