In the original implementation, although registered is assigned a value, the handler may still not be ready. The code after registered is assigned a value may not have been executed completely. Generally, the more EventLoopGroup threads there are, the greater the probability of this occurrence. In this PR, we place the assignment of registered at the end, which can avoid this situation.
