Thanks @taowenjun, and sorry for the late reply. Currently, all Celeborn
threads already expose metrics for their queue sizes. You can directly obtain
the queue size by referencing the thread name. For example:
`metrics_pending_task_count_Value{role="Worker",
threadPool="worker-files-committer"}`
