1. Have an advanced zone setup with xen cluster
2. create a VM
3. Go to VM -> Nics -> view all -> acquire new ip address
* As CloudStack doesn't configure this ip inside VM automatically, It is good
to add a prompt while acquiring with the following messasge
"You need to configure the newly acquired secondary ip manually inside the
virtual machine"
