If there's a section about things to look out for in the release notes, we 
should call out the change in bridge naming that was made on KVM agents. It was 
made clear back in October, just after the 4.0 cut. A KVM host, upon agent 
upgrade and restart, will continue using 'cloudVirBr<vlannum>' for it's dynamic 
bridge creation, and after a reboot will use 'breth<devnum>-<vlannum>', to 
avoid collisions when using the same vlan number on different physical networks.
