Steps:
1. Create Child domain (CDC1) under ROOT
2. Create Domain account CDC1Admin1 under Child Domain CDC1
3. Access Management Server as this domain admin account
Observation: Child Domain Admin accounts can not set/update the resource
limits. It is supported via API.
