Due to other tasks that I have to work on, I was only able to start working on
it since this week. I've created a feature branch called vmsync on this.
Yes, I'll try to address background job execution issue together with the sync
logic as they are closely related, but I'm not sure if I could address
concurrency issue for all orchestration flows, will be focusing on laying out a
base-ground in first stage and select one typical orchestration flow to exam
the effect. If you are interested, you may follow the activities on this
branch, once I've got a better handling on the impacted scope for this
low-level change, I'll update the rough estimate.
