deletEvents should not delete Events already Archived.
This completely voids the purpose of Archive feature.
1 Login as a User.
2 Log Out
3 Login as a User again.
4 Go to events and Archive USER.LOGIN by category. Ensure Archive flag set to 1.
5 Log Out.
6 Login again as User
7 Go to Events. At this point we should have 2 Archived USER.LOGIN (not
displayed on UI) And 1 USER.LOGIN unarchived and displayed on UI.
8 Delete Events by Category USER.LOGIN.
9 Observe all USER.LOGIN being deleted from DB.
