This is observed only when upgrading form 4.1 to Master and when cache is not
cleared.
Clearing cache by
rm -rf /var/cache/cloudstack/ /var/cache/yum/ /var/lib/cloudstack/
/usr/lib64/cloudstack/ /usr/share/cloudstack/ /var/cache/cloudstack/
To avoid this issue.
