Steps to reproduce the problem:
As admin, go to Regions tab.
select the region -> In details page click on "View GSLB" page.
User is taken to am empty list of GSLB and following error message is presented:
"Unable to execute API command listgloballoadbalancerrules due to invalid value
2 for parameter regionid"
