The output of cloudmonkey needs a little bit of enhancement.
Proposal
1. Error messages are generically printed and they should reflect the output
type that has been selected by the user. This is somewhat simple for JSON but
may not be practical for other output formats.
2, It is possible for a return message to be empty. This needs to be
investigated to see if something can be returned indicating empty results. This
is especially important for those looking to wrap something around cloudmonkey.
3. Investigate supporting colors in JSON output. This may involve doing manual
printing.
