Setup : Advanced Networking Zone with Xen 6.1
Steps:
1. Create child domain under ROOT and create Domain Admin Account
2. Set limits on primary storage resource for this account
3. Tried to deploy VM when there are no primary storage resources available for
this account
Observation:
1) Primary Storage Limits are not validated while deploying the VM. It allowed
to deploy the VM
2) Usage of Primary storage for this account is resulted to -ve values.
