Steps to reproduce:
Step 1 : Create new build from master branch and install with Advanced
configuration on VMawre
Step 2 : In Global configuration set : expunge.delay = 60;
Step 3 : Create new VM, ( vm with internal "i-2-143-QA", got created)
Step 4 : Destroy the VM "i-2-143-QA"
Step 5 : Verify "i-2-143-QA" got removed from both MS console's vm instance
list and make sure this VM removed from VMware console
Actual Result:
After 60 sec, VM removed from Cloudstack UI, and vm "i-2-143-QA" in vm list;
but this vm not removed from VCenter console
