Please resolve Bugs and Implement following Enhancements as per original
requirements.

Ability to delete Events and Alerts: Select multiple alerts and events.
CLOUDSTACK-1769
Ability to delete Events and Alerts: Search by Category is required.
CLOUDSTACK-1768
Ability to delete Events and Alerts: Delete by a time period is required.
Bugs::
CLOUDSTACK-1903
API:MS: deleteAlerts API responds with error even though required parameters
are specified

API : UI : Admin can not delete Events/Archive from other accounts.
