Two fields have been added to the Add Cluster dialog (Infrastructure -
Clusters, View All - Add Cluster). They don't have tooltip text, as the other
fields in the dialog do. The fields and suggested text are:
CPU overcommit ratio: Multiplier by which to increase the calculated CPU
capacity for each host. 1 = no over-provisioning.
RAM overcommit ratio: Multiplier by which to increase the calculated memory
capacity for each host. 1 = no over-provisioning.
