Steps to Reproduce:
================
1. Deploy a Single Advanced Type Zone in the CloudStack Setup.
2. Login as a Regular User or Admin.
3. Change the Zone Type to Basic.
4. Observe Networks, Storage, Templates, Dashboard, Snapshots Sections. Every
section displays the objects of the Advanced Zone instead of not listing any
objects
