The current port forwarding page and static NAT add pages are showing only VM.
1. These pages should show drop down list of vm ip addresses.
2. When user configuring PF/Static NAT, in add page user selects the VM also
selects the vm ip address to which he want to configure NAT.
3. The ip address drop down list should be displayed after the VM display name.
4. The vm ip addresses details can be obtained using the listnics API
