I worked on the following 5 configs and its complete now.
1) pool.storage.allocated.capacity.disablethreshold - configurable at zone
level now
2) pool.storage.capacity.disablethreshold - configurable at zone level now
3) VM Allocation Algorithm - Made cofigurable at service offering by Prachi
4) storage.cleanup.interval - is too big a change for Campo as suggested by Alex
5) storage.overprovisioning.factor - configurable at zone level now
