Steps to reproduce :
1. Have at least one account other than admin
2. login as the above created account
3. Go To regions and create a GSLB rule.
4. delete the account
Observations :
(i) delete account didn't trigger any "deleteGSLBRules" for the account
(ii) Here is the snippet from mgmt log related to the account cleanup
