Repro Steps
Setup the cloudstack environment as normal.
Launch browser, start CloudStack WebConsole.
Finish to build a cloud with Unicode characters in input fields, such as Zone
Name, Pod Name...
Expected Result
CloudStack should support Unicode characters in input fields.
Actual Result
It seemed CloudStack was not support the Unicode Chars.
