Let me look through my e-mail. I was pretty sure that I spoke with Prasanna
about this. My impression was that these tests were supposed to run
successfully in devcloud, and devcloud had all local storage. test_volumes.py
didn't work at all when we started, but afterward it would successfully run in
devcloud.
