1. Create Shared NW1 with vlan as pVLAN1 and private Vlan as SVLAN1.
Attempt to create another Shared network as follows:
Create Shared NW2 scope with vlan as pVLAN and private Vlan as sVLAN1
We are allowed to create this network.
Expected Behavior:
Network creation should fail.
1. Create Shared NW1 with vlan as pVLAN1 and private Vlan as SVLAN1.
Attempt to create another Shared network as follows:
