Please confirm the resourceType values to be passed in "updateResourceCount"
API.
The new resource types CPU, Memory, primary storage, secondary storage ,network
rate and (no.of times OS template can be deployed) take values 9 to 14, and
previous values 1 to 8 can also be passed. Is this right?
