When you create two private gateways in same network cloudstack will create one
network because the second gateway is also in first gateway network.
While deleting private gateway, it tries to find the network of the gateway. It
gets the network id. It tries to delete the nic belongs to network.
The result it finds is the latest nic got created. So it deletes that nic.
One solution for this bug is allow only one private gateway in one network
(cidr).
