account and domainid parameters are optional.
For regular users , listAffinityGroups() when no account and domainId params
are passed will return all the affinity groups that belong to this user.
For admin users, listAffinityGroups() when no account and domainId params are
passed will return all the affinity groups that belong to all users.
For admin users, listAffinityGroups() when account and domainId params are
passed will return all the affinity groups that belong to this account.
If admin user has to list his own affinity groups , then istAffinityGroups()
should be called with his own account and domainId
