Steps to reproduce the problem:
Deploy a Vm.
Take a snapshot of the root volume.
Delete the snapshot.
Snapshot deletion job reports success , but the snapshot itself is left in the
DB in "Error" state.
Also the snapshots are not cleaned up from the secondary storage.
