Object_Store_Refactor - Not able to delete object_store whene there are no 
templates/snapshots/volumes residing in it.

Steps to reproduce the problem:

Deploy an advanced zone with 1 NFS secondary storage.
Add another NFS secondary storage.
Make sure that there are no templates/snapshots/volumes residing in it.

Delete this NS secondary storage

We get the following error message

"Cannot delete image store with active templates backup!"
