Just FYI: I assume there should have made multiple operations on a broken
properties file. One is double-back slash as Milamber commented, but there were
several lines that are completely broken UTF-8 sequence, which would be happen
during in charset encoding conversion.
I think this issue has fixed now too, but I want to wait for verification of
Chinese strings.
