I can see Major UI changes are not yet in .
Like not showing network offerings with specifyvlan=true in add network dialog
both for isolated and VPC
Need to even show VLan Text field to provide VLAN value inc ase selected
network offerings says specifyvaln=true .
Hence opening this bug.
