CloudStack currently downloads system template (and I assume CentOS base
template) from download.cloud.com. There may be other uses of cloud.com DNS
domains in the software. Through this ticket we should identify an Apache DNS
domain to use, replace download.cloud.com in CloudStack software with this new
DNS domain, and point the new DNS domain at S3 as is done with
download.cloud.com today.
