Step 1 : Open add instance window
Step 2 : Select "Setup" -> Select Template -> Compute Offering -> Select Data
Of "Small Instance"-> Affinity

Step 3 : Select Previous button
Step 4 : Change Data Disk offering to "Medium Instance" and select Next button
