Steps:
1. Have a CS with advanced zone.
2. Create a VPC.
3. Create an ACL list.
4. Under that ACL list create ICMP rule(Ingress/Egress)
5. Now select protocol as “protocol number” and try to create a rule.
Observations:
1. Both ICMP and protocol number does not allow user to enter “Rule number”
2. After successful creation of ICMP rule if we select protocol as
“protocol number” wrong API is getting passed with icmpcode and icmptype.
