Observation :
1. Tried to reuse the existing VMWARE DataCenter which was added to cloudstack
Zone
2. Now Adding DC is failing saying this DC is already managed by Cloudstack.
Issue : We create cloud.zone custom filed to the VMWARE datacenter with value
set to true. This helps to identify if the DC is already managed by any other
cloudstack.
Resolution :
1) Before uninstalling cloudstack, DC should be removed from zone. That would
ensure the property cloud.zone of the DC to “false”.
2) If user forgets to do this step before uninstalling cloudstack, this can be
done by using vcenter web interface (https://vcenter/mob). Easier is to create
another DC, remove host from current DC and add host to new DC.

We need to invoke ‘setCustomerValue’ method and set the key cloud.zone to false.
