Observe Two points
1-Volume creation is allowed even there is no space
2-with a storage of 30 GB was able to create a volume of size 1000GB >30GB
(storage.overprovisioning.factor is set to 1)
My point is why to allow user/admin to create a volume if attache volume is
going to fail.
