The devcloud storage is currently only NFS. It is possible to include s3
storage within the devcloud instance using something like RiakCS. Need to
update the devcloud vagrant appliance to install riakcs automatically and
provide a default key
launching object store should be as simple as
mvn -Ddeploysvrwiths3
