Steps:
1. Access Instances page
2. Click on Search Filter options
3. Provide wrong account name and tried to search instances owned by this
account
4. It failed with message saying no instances were found. But UI remains in
the processing state forever
This behavior is observed with other list calls , EX: List Events, List Volumes
( All with invalid account name in the search filter)
