Starting from 4.1, prefix of service name and paths changed from cloud- to
cloudstack-;
There are still many cloud-management which should be cloudstack-management.
The folders contain this issue are:
client/test/packaging/tools and some translations under docs.
This will also cause another issue: when stop/restart OS which installed
management server, the pid of service "cloud-management" or
"K20cloudstack-management" could not be found, thus stopping cloud-management
will be failed.
