Verified the following on latest build and made sure that
user_ip_address.dnat_vmip is set to NULL when disassociateIpAddress is called
on a public IP which is enabled with static nat mapping to secondary ip.
Closing this issue.
1. acquire a public ip
2. enable static nat that maps to secondary ip
3. disassociate Ip and verify user_ip_address table for the field called
"dnat_vmip"
