Steps to reproduce :
1. Have latest CloudStack with at least one advanced zone.
2. Create a GSLB and assign at least one LB rule to it.
3. delete the above created GSLB rule.
Observations:
(i) It fails to delete with the exception mentioned below during lb monitor
clean up.
