I couldn't find exact steps to reproduce this issue, however, when two zones
are setup and did some operations on SSVM like reboot, stop , default CentOS
5.6 template of the first is disappearing. This is happening after BVT has
progressed for a while.

Then i tried to copy the default CentOS5.6 template from second zone to first
zone , then template with id=5 is marked as removed in db.
